This blog is an attempt to establish some kind of order to an otherwise chaotic thinking mess. I’m trying to make sense of the relationship (and opportunities) between social networks, networks as knowledge transfer mechanisms, cultural collaboration, common cultural heritages, and public policy.

I’ve created this space as a depository for interesting pieces of the puzzle I have been collecting around the net, and as an open space where you are invited to look around and join the conversation.
